Dru brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience across Africa and Australia, with a proven track record in financial services, governance, and operational excellence. His career includes senior executive roles in Tanzania, Malawi, Rwanda, Botswana, and Australia, giving him deep insight into diverse markets and customer needs.
Dru is well known within the FINCA network, having successfully led FINCA Malawi through a post‑COVID turnaround and pioneering digital financial solutions that expanded access for more than 50,000 customers. With his extensive expertise in risk management, regulatory engagement, and technology‑enabled financial inclusion, Dru is well positioned to drive FINCA Tanzania’s mission forward.
